Hello, To fill he liquid cartridge with liquid, simply unscrew that coil from the chamber and fill it with liquid (make sure to turn it upside down to avoid spilling) and then attach the coil back to the chamber. Attach the whole chamber to the battery and your all set. Buy juul compatible pods
